Name: Scot Menzies

Title: Director

Bio: Scot is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Tax Institute, and a Registered Tax Agent. He has been working as a professional accountant for over 30 years, providing services to business in the areas of accounting, business management, superannuation and income tax.
Scot is a registered auditor of Self Managed Super Funds, and the firm acts for over 60 Funds.

Between 1993 and 1999, Scot reported as an expert on economic loss in over 200 court matters. He was a member of the Chartered Accountants’ Forensic Accounting Special Interest Group and has appeared as an expert witness in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Dust Diseases Tribunal.

Scot became the Owner and Principal of the firm in 1999, after 6 years as the Manager.

Born and raised on a sheep and cattle property at Nyngan, in far west NSW, he is now settled in Sydney with his wife and 3 daughters.

Name: Chris Bacher

Title: Client Manager

Bio: Chris is our other Client Manager, and has been with the firm since 1995. Chris has a background in banking and information technology.
Chris is well known to be friendly and approachable. Chris also takes care of the information technology requirements of the firm.

Chris is dedicated to his young family and has a keen interest in American Football.

Name: Cameron Kempe

Title: Client Manager

Bio: Cameron is a Senior Accountant working in the accounting and taxation area of the firm. Cameron joined McDonald Ross in 2001. He has a Bachelor of Business through Charles Sturt University, majoring in Accounting, and is a Chartered Accountant. Cameron does a lot of the training and development of junior staff within the firm.
Cameron is an expert with MYOB and other accounting packages designed for in-house use. He can go to your business to help with setup, processing and training on MYOB, and at the same time provide useful advice on day to day issues in your business.

Cameron has an excellent work ethic, a friendly and approachable manner, an enthusiasm for golf and American Football, and unwavering dedication to his young family.
